The film has essential charateriteristics of a good thriller like moments of high tension for
example the hospital sceene reaching for the scissors leading to murder, the flat scene when the are trying to escape, the car chase scene.

The car chase was fast pace with up beat music building up the viewers attention and focus. Without the music in action chase scenes we wouldn’t feel the excitement of it. This scene consisted of alot of loud cars beeping, the scidding of the cars on the road and also the tram coming towards them at a fast pace. When the windows were covered in beer and they were unable to see whats coming towards them this created alot of tension for the audience but it also kept them intereged in what was about to happen next. The car chase scene consist of 80-100 cuts in just over 3 minutes, this makes the scene fast pacing and interesting to the audience and it keeps them watching otherwise they would miss something.

In addition, the fast pace and the amount of cuts adds to the tension the audience is experiencing whilst watching this scene.

Thc Club Scene

The club scene in the movie displays a desperate time for the main character Marin Harris and his ally Gina. When the approach the club there are bright lights and loud music conveying that their would be noway to escape the noise and know whats coming after them. The bright red has a negative feel to it suggesting some sense of danger. Also the bright red would keep the audience intreged and interested.
